Preise:

Prices are specified in EURO and are specified per apartment, per day, tourist tax and Final cleaning.
We ask you not to smoke. Thank you for your understanding!

Tourist tax:

EUR 3,00 per person per night (children under 15 stay for free)

Final cleaning:

Apartment I € 40,-; Apartment II € 50,-;
Apartment III € 30,-;
Apartment IV € 60,-

Arrival and departure:

The apartments are available for occupancy from 4 p.m on the arrival date. On the departure date, we request that you vacate apartments by 9:30 a.m at the latest.

Pets:

Pets on request.

Car parking:

Are included and available directly at the house.

Bicycles in the garage

In our garage you can safely store your bicycles..

Reservation and payment:

With your deposit by bank transfer, your booking is considered fixed. The invoice can only be paid in CASH or by ADVANCE BANK TRANSFER!

Cancellation:

In case of cancellation, the Austrian hotel regulations apply. In case of late arrival or early departure, the booked arrangement will be charged. In the Austrian Hotel Regulations under point 5. 4 the accommodation provider may also withdraw from the contract for non-objective reasons.

Travel insurance:

We recommend taking out" travel cancellation insurance."
